What Bodybuilding is about and the benefits of training

This is My Bodybuilding Space, and i will try to explain some of the importance of why you should workout, what are the health benefits, you do get focused when you train, you look at being healthy a better diet, consisting of more fresh fruits and vegetables.

You do get stronger, and more flexible, you have to be flexible to train and lift weights, for example it takes a lot of flexibility to do the squat and the deadlift.

There are misconceptions about bodybuilding out there, but it is a individual sport so it was you make of it, so it is down to the individual to do there homework and workout what works best for them when it comes to weight lifting and going to the gym.

bodybuilding is a individual sport, you are competing against yourself.
